Courier Pickup

1. To ship from your home or office please book a courier by filling out the application online or contact Customer Support Center at 0-800-500-609.


2. You can pack the shipment on your own before the courier arrives (see Packaging rules and Rules for determining weight) or benefit from free packaging service (shipments under 2 kg can be packed in a branded bag 38x40 cm).

3. Required data for shipment registration:

  • Sender’s name and cell phone number

  • Destination city

  • Receiver’s name, address and cell phone number

  • Description of the nature of shipment

  • Declared value

  • Payer (the Sender or the Receiver)

  • Payment Method

  • Additional Services (if needed)

  • Other details which can impact delivery time and cost

  • Exact weight/dimensions (calculated by Nova Poshta courier).

4. Upon shipment registration, the courier fills out express Waybill (EW), defines an approximate delivery date and delivery cost. At this stage, additional services can be ordered.
5. If you wish to foot service bill, please have money for payment.
6. After the shipment is registered and settled, do not forget to get your EW.
7. Keep EW safe until shipment is delivered to Receiver.


Please, note the following:

  • The Sender should make sure that his shipment is not on the List of prohibited items;

  • Courier might get to you on foot (if the shipment is under 30 kg) or by car (if the shipment is above 30 kg);

  • If the shipment is above 30 kg, the Sender should be able to load the shipment in courier’s car on his own;

  • Standard handing over time of the shipment:

    Less than 10 minutes for shipments under 30 kg;

    Less than 15 minutes – 30-500 kg;

    Less than 20 minutes – above 500 kg.

  • Couriers pick up shipments between 9 AM and 6 PM on weekdays and according to a special timetable on weekends and holidays;

  • You can also order additional services here.

The Sender should communicate EW number and delivery time to Receiver.
