How to withdraw cash

    Ask the cashier at the Nova Post branch to withdraw cash from your card.

    Provide a document proving your identity.

    Pay the amount you want to receive in cash and the cost of the service.

You can withdraw cash only in UAH.

Steps to replenish a Ukrainian bank card:

  • Visit a Nova Post branch offering NovaPay financial services
  • Inform the operator that you want to replenish the card
  • Provide the card number you want the funds to be credited to
  • Pay for the service in cash or by card

This service is provided by NovaPay LLC, a financial partner. The list of documents is available on the Company's website.

Terms of service:

  • The maximum sum that can be sent in cash at a branch is 399,999.99 ₴.
  • The maximum sum of one transfer that can be sent at a branch with a card is 29,999 hryvnias. Transfers per day are limited to 100,000 ₴.
  • Withdrawing cash is made via Instant transfer, which is sent and received by the same person
  • The cost of the service is 1.5% of the amount, but not less than 15 ₴.
