Pay for orders from online stores upon delivery
Order now – pay later. Receive goods from your favourite stores with cash on delivery. You can first inspect your order and only then pay for it.
The service applies to orders from online stores in Poland, the Czech Republic and Germany that have enabled this option for their customers.
How it works
- 1. Order goods on partner store websites and select the ‘Cash on delivery’ payment method when checking out.
- 2. When receiving the parcel at the post office or at your address, inspect the goods. If the goods are not suitable, return the parcel without paying.
- 3. If everything is suitable, pay for your order online: in the app or via the link that the operator will send you in an SMS message.
Types of cash on delivery
* If you receive a cash on delivery parcel at the parcel locker, you must pay for it before opening the locker. Inspection and refusal of the parcel are not available.
Service cost
It all depends on the terms and conditions specified by the seller. Possible options:
- Free of charge. You only pay for the cost of the order.
- 2.75% of the payment amount, but not less than 5 zł / 30 Kč / €1.2 including VAT.
Important!
- You can pay for your parcel in the app at any time before receiving it. If you refuse to accept the parcel after inspection, the funds paid will be returned to your account.
- The invoice value of goods in Polish, Czech and German online stores is calculated in zlotys, crowns and euros. You can pay for goods with any currency card: during the payment process, the currency is converted into the currency specified in the order.
- Some banks may perform double conversion: in this case, the amount debited for the payment of goods will be higher.
- Terms and conditions for debiting payments for goods in international online stores can be obtained from your bank.
- The maximum amount of a single transfer is up to €150 or the equivalent amount in the sender's currency.
- The maximum amount of transfers per month is ₴100,000.
