What you can get via a parcel locker
That's all you need if your parcel is:
- Is up to 40x60x30 cm in size
- Weighs up to 20 kg
- Has a declared value of up to 29,000 ₴
How to receive a parcel at a parcel locker
- Pay for the services online: if you are specified as the payer in the express waybill (EW).
- Approach the parcel locker and make sure Bluetooth and geolocation are enabled on your smartphone, if the app prompts you to do so.
- Open the required EW in the mobile app and click the "Open the locker" button.
- Pick up your parcel and close the locker.
You can collect the parcel at the parcel locker within 5 days. Then, it will be moved to the nearest branch, and the recipient will be notified thereof via SMS or the app.
How to pick up your parcel when there is no network or power near the locker
- Before heading to the parcel locker, open the app in a place with a stable internet connection.
For example: at home, at work, or at our branches. - Pay for your delivery if there are any outstanding charges.
- Now you are ready to go. Once you are at the locker, the process is the same as always:
- Open the app. Make sure Bluetooth is on and the app has access to your location.
- Tap "Open Locker". The door will open even if your mobile device is offline.
- Take your parcel and close the locker door.
