How to obtain for private customers

International delivery

  • Documents and parcels up to 30 kg can be picked up:

    at the branch, at the address, at the parcel locker.

  • Shipments from 30 kg are available:

    in the branch and at the address.

At the branch

  1. Wait for an SMS about parcel delivery
  2. Visit the branch with the identity documents and the International Express Waybill (IEW) number.
  3. Provide the operator with the invoice number.
  4. Receive the parcel. 

By the address

  1. Wait for a notification with details of the delivery date and time.
  2. Get your original identity documents in advance and present them to the courier.

At the parcel locker

  1. Download the Nova Post app to your phone.
  2. Wait for the notification when your parcel is delivered to the parcel locker.
  3. Receive your parcel at the parcel locker with the app.

 If the parcel is not picked up from the parcel locker within 5 days, it will be moved to the nearest branch.
