Nova Post ranks among Ukraine’s largest employers
According to OpenDataBot (https://opendatabot.ua/analytics/top-employer-2026) (based on the company’s publicly available financial reports for previous periods), Nova Post ranked 6th in the list of Ukraine’s largest employers.
Despite all the challenges, the company’s workforce remains stable: it has remained virtually unchanged over the year. At the same time, since 2021, the workforce has decreased by 2,218 employees (-7%). The overall reduction in staff is mainly due to the war, employee migration and changes in operational processes. But today, the company’s main focus is not on numbers, but on people.
“We are currently prioritising people development: investing in training, supporting non-financial incentives and flexible working arrangements, and broadening our pool of candidates, in particular by recruiting veterans, women, IDPs and older people,” notes Anna-Maria Bondarenko, HR Director at Nova Post.
