• Enter the parcel number
• Tap "Pay for the parcel"
• Enter the recipient’s or sender’s phone number
• Pay for services

Online payment may be automatically cancelled (refunded) if:

• the delivery cost changed due to waybill amendments: weight, dimensions, shipment value, address, or delivery method;
• the sender added extra services or modified them;
• the payer changed: from the sender to the recipient, a third party, or vice versa.
