522 million parcels, 16.2 billion hryvnia in taxes, and 4 billion hryvnia in investments — these are the results of the NOVA group's work in Ukraine in 2025

Over the past year, the NOVA (Nova Poshta) group of companies continued to develop, adhering to the strategic vectors of FAST, EASY, and SAFE. The number of parcels and cargo delivered amounted to 522 million, including 29 million international ones — 10% more than in 2024.
During the year, the number of branches in Ukraine increased by 2,195, and the number of parcel terminals by 10,053 — in total, the network grew by 12,248 new service points. The network grew throughout Ukraine, including in the frontline territories. Thus, as of early January, the Nova Poshta network had more than 50,003 service points: 15,817 branches and 34,186 parcel terminals.
In 2025, the NOVA Group (Nova Poshta) transferred UAH 16.2 billion in taxes and fees to the Ukrainian budget. This is 33%, or UAH 4.1 billion, more than in 2024.
In 2025, Nova Poshta received over UAH 54 billion in revenue from the sale of goods and services, which is 21% more than in 2024. The company's profit amounted to UAH 2.6 billion.
The capital investments of the NOVA Group (Nova Poshta) in Ukraine amounted to over UAH 4 billion, most of which was directed towards expanding the network of post offices and branches, as well as developing logistics infrastructure.
The company allocated UAH 492 million to expand its logistics capabilities, namely to purchase and install modern sorting lines at sorting terminals, which significantly increased the operational capabilities of the hubs. UAH 545 million was invested in upgrading the transport fleet and BDF containers (truck bodies).
As we have done since the first days of the war, we are investing in Ukraine's victory. Last year, the Group's charitable expenditures in Ukraine amounted to over UAH 1 billion. Every day, as part of the Humanitarian Nova Poshta programme, we deliver shipments for the military from charitable foundations and volunteers at our own expense. Last year, 2.7 million such shipments were delivered, which is 42% more than in 2024.
