Nova Poshta has started delivering packages to parcel lockers at night
In May, the company delivered nearly 160,000 packages to parcel lockers during the night.
Overnight delivery is available from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. in Kyiv, Odesa, Lviv, Poltava, and Dnipro. This allows customers to pick up their packages from a parcel locker before the workday begins.
“Nighttime delivery is currently operating as a pilot program. Once testing is successfully completed, we plan to scale this initiative and launch nighttime delivery to parcel lockers in all cities with a population of one million or more and in all regional centers across Ukraine. Our goal is to create logistics that are as seamless and unobtrusive as possible, so that when a customer wakes up, their package is already waiting for them,” said Ivan Bogutsky, Director of the Logistics Department for Nova Poshta’s parcel lockers.
At the same time, Nova Poshta continues to reduce delivery times: in January, the average delivery time to a parcel locker was 26.5 hours, and in May, it was just 20.5 hours.
