Nova Poshta has partnered with UPS to deliver shipments from the United States to Ukraine

Documents and parcels weighing up to 30 kg can be quickly sent from the United States to Ukraine from over 6,000 UPS Store partner locations throughout the country. The nearest service point can be selected on the Nova Poshta website or mobile app.

The United States has become the 17th country outside Ukraine where Nova Poshta operates. Delivery time to Ukraine is from 7 days.

How to send a parcel from the United States with Nova Poshta:

    Register on the website and get a 15% discount on delivery

    Create an international shipment online via the mobile app or website

    Pay using your preferred payment method

    Get a unique QR code
  5. 5
    Pack your shipment and bring it to the UPS Store

    Show the QR code to the operator and hand over the parcel.

It is important to note that insurance is included in the cost for parcels up to $150. For shipments over $150, there is a minimum commission of 0.5%. In the event of force majeure, the company will refund the sender the full estimated value of the shipment.

The cost of delivery from the United States to Ukraine is:

  • documents and parcels up to 1 kg — $25
  • parcels up to 2 kg — $30
  • parcels up to 5 kg — $50
  • parcels up to 10 kg — $80
  • parcels up to 20 kg — $150
  • parcels up to 30 kg — $200
