Nova Post has announced the appointment of a new CEO

This position will be filled by Yevhen Tafiychuk, Nova Post's Chief Operating Officer. He will officially take over the management of the company on 1 January 2026.
Until the end of the year, the company will continue to be managed by the current CEO, Oleksandr Bulba. Over the next two and a half months, both top managers will work together according to the selected & acting CEO model to ensure a smooth transfer of power.

Yevhen Tafiychuk joined Nova Post in 2012 as a loader, and within a year he was promoted to his first management position. He has 10 years of successful experience and deep expertise in logistics. Under his leadership, courier delivery was transformed, the Nova Post branch network doubled, and delivery speed became the fastest in the Ukrainian logistics market. From 2021 to 2024, he held the position of Chief Operating Officer of Nova Post in both Ukraine and Europe.
