Nova Post is partially updating its delivery rates
From 13 April, the company is updating the rates for its services. This decision will enable us to maintain the speed, reliability and quality of service to which millions of Ukrainians have become accustomed.
This decision is driven by the need to bring service costs into line with current operating conditions.
The current market situation is accompanied by a significant increase in operational costs, particularly due to the rising cost of living, instability in the global energy market and rising fuel prices. Additionally, the cost of our partners’ services — from telecommunications to electricity — has risen.
Despite this, we continue to invest in the security of your parcels, the stability of our network and operations, and we are indexing our employees’ salaries to remain reliable for everyone.
We are keeping the following services free of charge: packaging of small parcels, branded envelopes for documents, redirection en route, and the declared value fee up to 500 UAH.
In addition, the cost of some services remains unchanged:
- parcel storage at branches;
- the “Collection Point” service;
- surcharge for sending from a village or small town;
- packaging of medium (up to 10 kg) and large (up to 30 kg) parcels.
At the same time, we are updating other tariffs, and the new ones will come into effect from 13 April 2026:
- Documents. Delivery within the city — 70 UAH, within Ukraine — 80 UAH. The price already includes a branded cardboard envelope.
- Parcels up to 30 kg. Free packing in a branded bag from 0.5 kg to 4 kg is included.
Delivery within the city:
- up to 2 kg — 70 UAH
- up to 10 kg — 115 UAH
- up to 30 kg — 180 UAH
Delivery within Ukraine:
- up to 2 kg — 90 UAH
- up to 10 kg — 135 UAH
- up to 30 kg — 200 UAH
- Shipments over 30 kg:
- between branches within the city 7 UAH/kg
- between branches across Ukraine: from 11 UAH/kg depending on the tariff zone
