You can now receive your driver's license and vehicle registration certificate from Diia via Nova Poshta

Nova Poshta, in collaboration with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the state-owned enterprise “Infotech,” has launched a new service for drivers. From now on, when renewing a driver’s license or vehicle registration certificate (technical passport) through the Diia app, customers can choose to have the completed document delivered by Nova Poshta.

This service allows you to obtain the necessary documents without having to visit Ministry of Internal Affairs service centers—at your nearest Nova Poshta branch, at a postal kiosk, or via courier delivery to your address.

How to order document delivery via Nova Poshta in Diia:

   Open the Diia app and select the service for replacing a driver’s license or vehicle registration certificate.

   Fill out the application and select Nova Poshta as the delivery provider.

   Choose a convenient pickup method: a branch, a parcel locker, or home delivery.

   Pay for the service and delivery, sign the application, and submit it.

Currently, the service is available for replacing driver's licenses and vehicle registration certificates. The next step in this partnership will be the launch of delivery via Nova Poshta as part of the vehicle re-registration service on Diia.
