How does an authorized person receive a parcel
For declared value up to 30,000 UAH
At the parcel locker
- Approach the parcel locker
- Start the Nova Post mobile application and turn on Bluetooth on your smartphone
- Select the right parcel in the list and make a payment if you are specified as the payer
- Click "Open locker"
- Pick up the parcel and close the locker
At the branch
- Show the operator the barcode from the mobile app or provide recipient's phone number or express waybill number
- Confirm your identity using the mobile app or SMS code for identification
- Pay for delivery if you are listed as the payer
- Pick up the shipment entrusted to you
At the address
- Show the courier the barcode from the mobile app or provide your phone number or express waybill number
- Confirm your identity using the mobile app or SMS code for identification
- Pay for delivery if you are listed as the payer
- Pick up the shipment entrusted to you
For declared values over 30,000 UAH
At the branch
- Show the operator the barcode from the mobile app or provide your phone number or express waybill number
- Confirm your identity via phone call (if you do not receive a call or have used all 3 attempts to identify yourself via phone call, you will receive an SMS code for identification)
- Pay for delivery if you are listed as the payer
- Pick up the shipment entrusted to you
At the address
- Show the courier the barcode from the mobile app or provide recipient's phone number or express waybill number
- Confirm your identity via a phone call (if you do not receive a call or have used up all 3 attempts to identify yourself via a phone call, you can receive the shipment with your documents)
- Pay for delivery if you are specified as the payer
- Collect the shipment entrusted to you

You can't apply for the service if:
- You send a parcel: only the recipient can apply for the service
- You have previously ordered the Personally in hand service
- The additional service "Change of data in the express waybill" has been ordered (if you order a change of data, the "Other recipient" service will be canceled, but you can reorder it)
- You were unable to verify your identity via phone call, SMS code or Nova Post mobile app
