For parcels weighing over 5 kg, measuring 55 cm in length and with a total of the three dimensions (L-W-H) up to 90 cm, the rate is determined by the actual weight; if this is exceeded, the rate is determined by the higher of the actual or volumetric weight.

Customs clearance

Update to US customs policy: a duty of 10% of the invoice value is levied on all shipments, regardless of the purpose of the export.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • In what condition should the parcel be handed over for dispatch?

    The parcel must be handed over to the Nova Poshta agent in an unsealed condition: in accordance with international shipping regulations, our staff must check the contents of the parcel for items that are not accepted for transport.

    For inspection purposes, Nova Poshta staff are entitled to open a parcel that has already been packed. The exception is factory packaging.
