Frequently asked questions
- Can I send only skis and not the whole set of equipment?
We work with sets of equipment, but the rate is the same regardless of whether you send one item or a complete set.
- Can I send a parcel without packaging?
Unfortunately, this is not possible, but the packaging is already included in the price. We'll pack your gear in specially designed packaging.
- How long does delivery take? Is it possible that my shipment will be delayed?
The delivery of the ski equipment set is carried out in accordance with the delivery time of all other shipments.
- Can I pack my skis myself and send them from the branch?
You cannot arrange shipment yourself at the branch — the service is only available after contacting the concierge who services your Mastercard. The concierge accepts the request and then organises shipment in the ‘address-to-address’ format.
Packaging is already included in the price, so you don't have to pack them yourself. However, if you prefer, you can pack your skis yourself, but this is not a requirement for using the service.
- Will this service be available all year round?
Current offer with free delivery for Mastercard premium cardholders available from 15 January 2026 to 31 March 2026
- If the declared value of my parcel is more than UAH 20 000, what should I do?
If the declared value of your equipment is more than UAH 20,000, a commission of 0.5% of the amount will be added to the cost of the service.
- Can I send two sets of skis or snowboards at this rate?
Yes, it is possible to send two sets at the same rate, provided that the actual weight is up to 50 kg and the total weight is up to 100 kg.
- If I add glasses, gloves, a jacket or trousers to the set, will they be accepted or do I need to make another shipment?
Yes, the shipment will be accepted, but remember the restrictions on actual and volumetric weight — up to 50 kg.
