Reliable Purchase

A service for users who purchase goods on the OLX and MONObazar platforms. The buyer can choose the payment method: online by bank card or upon delivery.

Delivery can be ordered:

• To the branch
• To the address
• To the parcel locker*

* For verified sellers only.

If paying online

   Select a product on the website or in the OLX mobile app.

   Select delivery by Nova Post in the order details.

   Choose “Online payment” as the payment method.

   Pay for your purchase online, and your money will be credited to the account of Nova Post's financial partner.

   Check the product carefully upon receipt. If the order is not suitable, Nova Post will return the product to the seller free of charge, and your money will be refunded to the card you used to pay for it.

If cash on delivery

   Select a product on the website or in the OLX mobile app.

   Select delivery by Nova Post in the order details.

   Choose “Payment at the branch” as the payment method.

   Check the product carefully upon receipt. If the order is not suitable, Nova Post will return the product to the seller free of charge.

How to order the service for MONObazar

   Select the item and pay for the order in the mono app. Your funds will be temporarily reserved in your monobank account.

   As soon as the buyer receives the parcel, the funds are transferred to the seller. If the buyer refuses the order, Nova Post returns* the goods to the seller free of charge, and the funds are automatically returned to the buyer's card from which the payment was made.

   The service is available for parcels weighing up to 30 kg and with a declared value of up to UAH 1,000,000.

   The service is provided on the basis of an agreement between the MONObazar marketplace and Nova Post, as well as an internal offer agreement between MONObazar and sellers.

   The service is available for all goods from all sellers represented on the marketplace.

Service restrictions

• Additional services: Forwarding or Change shipment data are not available when ordering Reliable Purchase.
• Addressed services: pickup or delivery are not available for money transfer shipments.
• The following weight restrictions apply to this service: addressed services and branches up to 30 kg, parcel lockers up to 20 kg.
