INFORMATION ON PERSONAL CONSULTATIONS WITH MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC
In accordance with Article 22 of the Law of Ukraine ‘On Citizens’ Petitions’, and with a view to ensuring the safety of citizens and employees of Nova Poshta LLC during martial law, face-to-face meetings between members of Nova Poshta LLC’s management and members of the public are being conducted remotely.
- Consultation hours: Every third Wednesday of the month from 10.00 to 12.00.
- Method of communication during the session: video call via Google Meet; a link to the meeting will be provided following pre-registration.
- Appointment booking procedure: Booking for face-to-face appointments closes 5 working days before the appointment date.

When booking an appointment in advance, please provide the following information about yourself:
