A service that allows you to send your luggage directly from the hotel reception and receive it at home, at a location convenient for you:

  • by courier right to your door
  • at a Nova Post branch
  • at a parcel locker

How to use the service

    Scan the QR code at the reception desk and specify the delivery location.
  2. 2
    Take a tag from the administrator and write down the last 4 digits of your parcel number.
  3. 3
    Attach the tag to your suitcase or bag and give it to the administrator.
  4. 4
    Track your delivery in the Nova Post app.*

Tariffs

There is a fixed tariff for the ‘Free Hands’ service — 299 UAH for each item in the express waybill.

The tariff already includes:

    Delivery of parcels and cargo: ‘Local’ tariff, within Ukraine, to a village/settlement
  2. 2
    Delivery type: ‘Address-Branch’, ‘Address-Parcel Locker’, ‘Address-Address’

    Packaging

    Commission on the declared value — up to 5,000 UAH*
    * For a declared value of more than 5,000 — a commission of 0.5% of the total amount.
