A service that allows you to send your luggage directly from the hotel reception and receive it at home, at a location convenient for you:
by courier
at a branch
at a parcel locker
How to use the service
- Scan the QR code at the reception desk and specify the delivery location.
- Take a tag from the administrator and write down the last 4 digits of your parcel number.
- Attach the tag to your suitcase or bag and give it to the administrator.
- Track your delivery in the Nova Post app.*
- Hotels where the service is available
* Luggage checked in before 12:00 noon will be shipped on the same day.

Tariffs
There is a fixed tariff for the ‘Free Hands’ service — 399 UAH for each item in the express waybill.
The tariff already includes:
- Delivery of parcels and cargo: ‘Local’ tariff, within Ukraine, to a village/settlement
- Weight of one seat: up to 32 kg (actual or volumetric)
- Number of seats in one EN: no more than 5
- Delivery type:
- ‘Address-Branch’
- ’Address-Parcel Locker’
- ‘Address-Address’
- Packaging
- Commission on the declared value — up to 5 000 UAH*
* For a declared value of more than 5 000 — a commission of 0,5% of the total amount
