Changing data in an express waybill (EW)
Once the shipment is sent, you can change the information entered in the EW during the shipment processing.

What information can be changed
- In the mobile app Nova Post
- In the mobile app Нова пошта old
- In the business office and API
- At the Nova Post branch
- At the contact center *
* if the declared value of the shipment is less than 30,000 ₴
** For legal entities and sole proprietors, only an increase in the amount of post-payment/payment control
*** For legal entities and sole proprietors, cancellation of post-payment/payment control
It is impossible to change the data in the EW if
- The recipient has received the shipment.
- The data is attempted to be modified when the shipment is passed to the courier to be delivered to the Recipient's address.
- Parcel in a Parcel Locker and online payment made for it.
