The logistics company Nova Post has launched new delivery services. From now on, customers in the United Kingdom can send and receive parcels through parcel lockers.

Nova Post has been operating in the United Kingdom since May 2024 and already has two postal branches in London and a network of 8,400 service points. The company offers fast parcel delivery services to any address within the country and between European countries. 
Until recently, parcels could only be sent from a branch or by courier, but now Nova Post customers in the United Kingdom can also receive and send parcels quickly and easily through InPost parcel lockers across the country, including Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Nova Post, in collaboration with its partner InPost, provides its customers access to a network of over 7,000 parcel lockers across the United Kingdom. Customers can choose the necessary parcel locker using digital tools: on the website, through the business account and in the multilingual Nova Post mobile app, which is available for download on Google Play and the Apple Store.

Parcels weighing up to 15 kg and measuring no more than 41 x 38 x 64 cm are accepted for delivery via a parcel locker.

To send a parcel via a parcel locker, you need to:

• Create a shipment on the Nova Post website or in the company’s mobile app, specifying that the shipment will be made through a parcel locker.
• Pay for the delivery online.
• Receive a QR code.
• Scan the QR code at the selected parcel locker.
• Put the packed parcel in the open cell.
  

Parcels are stored in the parcel locker for 2 days. Therefore, if the addressee does not pick up the parcel on time, it will be moved to the Nova Post sorting depot in London, and the recipient will be notified by SMS.

The cost of delivery via an InPost parcel locker is equal to the cost of delivery from a branch, but varies depending on the destination country and the parcel's weight. You can find the delivery cost at the following links:
