Nova Digital launches NovaDoc for business
The NovaDoc electronic document management platform, developed by the IT company Nova Digital and tested within the NOVA Group’s ecosystem, is now entering the external market. The service has already brought together around 20,000 counterparties, and the total number of signed documents has exceeded 1 million.
Ukraine is becoming a leader in paperless technologies. The digitisation of business processes is extending beyond the fintech sector and is spreading rapidly, particularly in logistics and the B2B segment.
NovaDoc covers the full document lifecycle — from creation and approval to signing and storage. The platform supports several authentication methods:
- by phone number,
- using an electronic key,
- via the qualified electronic signature Diya.Signature.
The service allows for quick management of document archives, easy configuration of user roles and access levels, as well as convenient integration with corporate systems via API.
Features include: editing documents before signing, revoking signatures, adding comments and necessary attachments in any format, using templates for standard processes, as well as tools for searching and sorting documents, which simplify working with large archives. All notifications regarding document status are sent to users via email, and the platform itself operates as a PWA, allowing it to be used on a smartphone without installing additional software.
“NovaDoc was designed as a high-load system for automating the NOVA Group’s internal processes. Successful testing of the service has enabled us to optimise operational costs and save over 80 million UAH on paper document logistics alone. Today, we are ready to scale this experience to the external market, offering businesses a reliable tool for rapid digital transformation,” notes Andriy Chepiga, CEO of Nova Digital.
The transition to electronic document management allows businesses to reduce costs and speed up document approval from several days to just a few minutes.
