Is the courier already on the way, but you’re not home? No need to reschedule the delivery or change your plans. With the “Leave It Nearby” service, you can change how you receive your package right during the delivery—with just a few clicks in the Nova Poshta app.
How It Works
- Order or wait for delivery to your address
- When the status changes to “Courier on the way,” open the Nova Poshta app
- Click “Pick Up” and select an available pickup option:
- building concierge
- nearby parcel locker
- the nearest branch
- Confirm the changes, and the courier will deliver the package according to the new plan.

- You can manage deliveries in real time.
- If your plans have changed, there's no need to wait at home or reschedule the delivery.
- You can change everything yourself in the app without having to make any additional calls or get approval.
- Pick up your package at a post office, a parcel locker, or from the doorman whenever it's convenient for you.

- This service is available only for address-specific delivery.
- For packages that meet the size and weight restrictions for the parcel locker.
- If there is no accessible branch or postal kiosk nearby (within a 500-meter radius), you cannot use the service.
- Whether the package is handed over to the concierge depends on the building's rules and the concierge's ability to accept the package.
- This service is not available to business customers.
