NOVA Group's Financial Results for the First 6 Months of 2026
In the first half of 2026, the NOVA Group (Nova Poshta) continued its steady growth and development. The volume of parcels and cargo delivered totaled 254.4 million, including 17.9 million international shipments. The volume of shipments processed increased by 11.5% compared to the same period in 2025.
In the first six months of the year, Nova Poshta expanded its network by 5,242 new service points: 1,362 branches were opened and 3,880 new parcel lockers were installed. The network grew throughout Ukraine, including in frontline areas, where 748 new service points were opened. Currently, Nova Poshta’s network comprises 54,700 service points: 16,765 branches and 37,935 parcel lockers throughout Ukraine (as of July 13, 2026). The company also continues to expand its network of self-service branches, where customers can pick up packages without waiting in line or speaking to an operator. Currently, there are four such branches operating in Ukraine: in Kyiv, Irpin, and Vinnytsia.
Nova Post also continued to scale up and expand. In the first half of the year, 239 new service locations were opened in Europe, bringing the total number of Nova Post’s own locations abroad to over 950. Moldova—with 112 new service locations—and Poland—with 80—led the way in terms of expansion in the first half of the year. In addition, five Nova Post partner pickup locations opened in New York in June.
Amid a full-scale war, we continue not only to develop our infrastructure but also to rebuild it after it has been destroyed. Since the start of the full-scale invasion, the estimated cost of restoring NOVA Group (Nova Poshta) property damaged by enemy attacks or as a result of hostilities has exceeded 2.1 billion hryvnia.
Despite the enemy’s cynical attacks on our civilian infrastructure, we continue to invest in Ukraine’s development. In the first six months of 2026, capital investments totaled over 1.5 billion UAH. These funds were allocated to network expansion, enhancing security, upgrading our logistics fleet, advancing energy independence, and implementing digital solutions that improve the customer experience.
At the same time, the company continues to fulfill its obligations to its customers and the government: throughout the entire period of full-scale war, Nova Poshta has paid 194 million UAH in compensation for damaged or destroyed shipments. In the first six months of this year, companies within the NOVA Group paid 9.8 billion UAH in taxes and fees to the Ukrainian budget, which is 25% more than in the first half of 2025. For comparison, this amount exceeds Vinnytsia’s annual budget and is nearly twice as much as Lutsk’s annual budget. Nova Poshta paid the most in taxes—7.6 billion hryvnia; NovaPay paid 0.9 billion hryvnia; Nova Digital paid 0.3 billion hryvnia; and Nova Global paid 0.1 billion hryvnia.
In January–June 2026, Nova Poshta generated 32.5 billion UAH in revenue from the sale of goods and services, which is 32% more than during the same period last year.
Nova Poshta also continues to support Ukraine on its path to victory. In the first six months of 2026, the company donated 950 million UAH to charity. Since the start of the full-scale invasion, the company’s contribution to the victory has exceeded 7.5 billion UAH.
Every day, as part of the Humanitarian Nova Poshta program, we deliver shipments from charitable foundations and volunteers at our own expense. In the first six months of this year, we have already delivered more than 1.1 million humanitarian shipments—that’s 27,400 metric tons of aid, equivalent to 1,370 trucks. Since the start of the full-scale invasion, we have delivered more than 7 million such shipments.
