Nova Poshta has installed 500 parcel terminals in a village in the Kyiv region

Nova Poshta has installed over 500 parcel terminals in Sofiivska Borshchahivka, in the Kyiv region.
Nova Poshta has deployed the largest network of parcel terminals in Europe — over 34,509 locations throughout Ukraine. This is the largest number of automated delivery points within a single country on the continent.
Almost 2% of the company's total network of automated points in Ukraine is located in Sofiivska Borshchahivka. For comparison, there are 180 Nova Poshta parcel terminals in Kropyvnytskyi, which has a population of about 200,000.
The high density of parcel terminals in Sofiivska Borshchahivka meets the demand from residents. In December 2025 alone, almost 100,000 shipments passed through the parcel terminals in this settlement.
Stable and fast delivery is ensured by the proximity of Nova Poshta's sorting centre, which allows for efficient service to Sofiivska Borshchahivka regardless of traffic congestion in the direction.
"We respond quickly to requests for the installation of post offices in residential complexes, shopping centres, near hospitals and other institutions, and are systematically developing the network in the suburbs of large cities. Last year alone, Nova Poshta installed 10,053 new post offices throughout the country. Our parcel terminals are equipped with solar panels and large batteries to operate during prolonged power outages. This year, we plan to increase the number of parcel terminals by 6,000 units, 45 of which will be installed in Sofiivska Borshchahivka," says Artur Kudelin, director of the parcel terminal department at Nova Poshta.
