Nova Post has introduced multi-numbering in its mobile app
Users of Nova Post mobile app can now add up to three phone numbers to a single account.
Multi-number was launched in response to requests from customers who had shipments associated with different numbers, such as personal, work, and, for example, European numbers. Previously, customers had to re-authorise or use multiple gadgets.
The Multi-Number feature allows users to:
- add up to three phone numbers to one account;
- switch between them with a single tap;
- track shipments separately for each number;
- receive notifications about changes in parcel status for each phone number.
"A particular challenge for customers was using post office boxes from different numbers: they could see the parcel in the app, but couldn't open the box or couldn't find the shipment that was supposed to arrive in the app at all. Now, thanks to Multi-number, there is no need to log out of your account or install multiple apps. Each number has an indicator of active shipments in the form of a red truck, which helps you not to miss a shipment," said Andriy Andreyev, head of the Nova Poshta mobile app development team.
The update is available in the new version 4.3.3 for Android and iOS. To activate the new functionality, simply update the app to the latest version.
