2,680 parcel lockers and over 300 parcel collection points: how Nova Post network expanded in the first quarter of the year
In the first three months of the year, Nova Post actively invested in the development of its network in Ukraine: 2,680 new parcel lockers were installed, 36 branches were opened, and 329 parcel collection and delivery points were established.
The most popular were the new-format branches in residential complexes — 21 of the 36 branches were opened in residential complexes. New branches appeared most frequently in the Kyiv and Lviv regions, as well as in the frontline Zaporizhzhia region, where the need for fast logistics remains consistently high.
“It is worth noting that we are not only opening new Nova Post service points, but are also simultaneously upgrading the existing network to meet current customer needs. During the first quarter, 19 branches changed their locations to make using Nova Poshta’s services even more convenient,” emphasised Hanna Fedchenko, Head of Network Development Planning at Nova Post.
Parcel locker logistics is a global trend, and in Ukraine it is also a vital necessity. That is precisely why Nova Post network of automated collection points is growing so rapidly and currently comprises 36,755 parcel lockers across the country.
“As well as scaling up the network, we are experimenting with formats and testing new models to make delivery even more convenient. We recently opened a parcel locker area with 26 sections, 286 compartments and a length of 13 metres. In addition, we are adding new stacks to existing parcel lockers — where there is sufficient demand and technical feasibility. We have already expanded 445 locations in this way,” said Artur Kudelin, Director of Nova Post Parcel Locker Department.
By the end of 2026, Nova Post plans to expand its network of parcel lockers by 6,000 units and open 300 mini-branches across Ukraine to ensure the fastest possible delivery for all customers.
