Create an express invoice (EI) for shipment
You can create an EI yourself. This will save you time on sending the parcel. You won't be queuing up for the operator.
You can easily create the invoice via mobile application
Sending a parcel from the branch
- Select the closest branch. Each branch is indicated on the map as either post or cargo branch. Post offices accept parcels up to 30 kg, while cargo branches accept up to 1100 kg.
- Pack the parcel according to the packing rules. Products for self-packing can be purchased at any branch or in our online store. You can also save time and order the Packing service at the branch.
- Provide the operator with the necessary information at the branch:
- Full name, address, and cell phone number of the Sender
- Full name, address, and cell phone number of the Recipient
- City of delivery, branch, or parcel locker number
- Shipment description: e.g., documents, clothing, personal items, etc
- Declared value: how much does the shipment cost
- Payer: sender or recipient
- Payment method: by card or cash, via a mobile application or business account
- Pay for the shipment.
- Get an express invoice (EI) from the operator: the estimated delivery date and cost of services will be indicated therein. The EI must be retained until the recipient picks up the parcel.

When calculating the weight, the greater of the actual or volume weight is applied to determine rates.
Formula for calculating volumetric weight:
Volume weight (kg) = Length (cm) × Width (cm) × Height (cm) / 4000
or
Volume weight (kg) = Cargo volume (m3) × 250
