How to send abroad
- Select a country and make sure there are no restrictions on the shipment's content in the country of destination.
- Define the market value of each unit of the shipment's contents to be indicated in the customs declaration.
- Select a shipment processing method:
- In the mobile app. Enter all the details of the shipment yourself and provide the number of your express waybill in the branch.
- At the nearest Nova Post branch. Complete the Sender's and Recipient's data and a detailed description of the shipment together with the operator.
- Pay for delivery and, if necessary, other services (packaging, calling a courier, etc.)
