How to apply for the service at the branch

  • Pass the shipment to the operator
    The operator will determine the required dimensions and quantity of packaging materials and add them during the checkout
  • Specify the recipient's data
    First and last name, phone number and place of delivery
  • Pay for the shipment
    You can pay by card or in cash at the branch

How to apply for the service when sending from a parcel locker or address

    Create a shipment
    Select the place of dispatch in the app: parcel locker or address.

    Enable the “Packaging” tab
    The cost of the service will be calculated depending on the selected parcel size
  • S T E P  3

    Send a parcel
    Place your unpacked shipment in the cell of the parcel locker or give it to a courier. Our courier will pack the parcel. The address packing service is available for parcels up to 30 kg.

Packing at the parcel locker

Fragile and unpackaged packages are additionally enclosed in bubble wrap to protect them during transportation.

You can also pack the parcel yourself

  • Put your stuff in the box
    Avoid those glued, damaged, with wet spots or tears.
  • Wrap fragile items with three layers of bubble wrap
    Each item must be packed separately.

    The item should not touch the walls of the box or other items inside.
  • Place the filler in the remaining voids
    Make sure that the item's contents do not get loose in the box and fall out.
  • Remove unnecessary markings from the box
    Tape boxes up to 5 kg tightly crosswise. Tape boxes over 10 kg in H-shaped way.
  • Put the documents in an envelope
    Wrap clothes or small items in a bag.
