Nova Post is launching a special programme called «Let's grow together», which will allow you to get back 10% of the cost of delivery, packaging and additional services. Join the programme and invest your cashback in new shipments and other Nova Post services.
Who is the programme for
This is a pilot project. A limited number of participants were randomly selected to take part in the pilot project of the ‘Grow with Us!’ programme from among private individuals who were sent invitations to join the programme.
Terms of participation
Increase in volume
A 20% increase in the number of shipments compared to the average for the last 3 months, i.e. in each subsequent month, the increase must be at least 20% of the average for the last 3 calendar months.
To achieve the target number of shipments, sent, paid and closed EWs of the «Documents» and «Parcels» types up to 30 kg are taken into account.
10% cashback
10% of the cost of delivery of shipments within Ukraine will be returned in bonus hryvnia (excluding the cost of services paid for with bonus hryvnia).
Bonus hryvnia are credited monthly by the 7th day of the month based on the results of the previous month, provided that the programme conditions are met.
Use of bonuses
Pay for delivery with bonuses in the app or in your personal account on the website. Bonus hryvnia are valid for 180 days from the date of accrual or last use.
Payment with bonuses is only available to private individuals and applies to:
- postal delivery services within Ukraine;
- additional services specified in the Rules for the Provision of Postal Services by Nova Post LLC.
Bonuses do not apply to international delivery services.

The target for the following months is calculated in the same way, based on the results of the previous three months.
- Failure to comply
If the number of shipments increases by less than 20%, cashback will not be credited in the following month.
Participation in the programme will be terminated in the following cases:
- if the volume of shipments decreases by more than 50% compared to the average monthly figure for the last 3 months;
- if the customer participating in the programme participates in other Nova Post programmes with discounts on shipping services in Ukraine or bonus hryvnia accrual (except for combined promotional offers).
The programme is only valid for private individuals.

- How can I check how many shipments have been made and how many more are needed to receive cashback?
At the beginning of each week, you will receive a notification in the mobile app indicating how many shipments have already been made and how many more are left to reach your goal. You can also view information about the number of shipments in the app and personal account on the website.
- I am currently sending from a different number. How can I add it to the programme?
Currently, only phone numbers of customers who have received an invitation can participate in the programme. If the pilot is successful, the programme will be available to others.
- Where can I check my bonus hryvnias?
You can check your bonus hryvnias in the Nova Post old app. On the main screen of the app, tap the icon in the upper left corner of the screen to go to your personal account:

- How can I use bonuses?
Bonus hryvnias can be used to pay for delivery in the Nova Post old app by going to the parcel payment section and swiping the screen to the left:

- What will happen to the bonuses that I don't have time to use during the pilot period?
Bonus hryvnias are valid for 180 days from the date of accrual or last use. They can be used after the pilot ends.
- Which shipments are eligible for the programme?
To achieve the target number of shipments, shipped, paid and closed EWs of the «Documents» and «Parcels» types up to 30 kg are counted.
- When do I become a participant in the programme?
If you have received an invitation to participate in the programme, you need to follow the link provided in the text and read the terms and conditions. Then confirm your participation by entering the phone number to which the invitation was sent, agree to the processing of your personal data, and click ‘Take part’.
If you register by the 25th of the month, your participation will be counted for the entire current month. If you register after the 25th, you will participate from the 1st of the following month.
