Send more parcels and get 10% of the delivery cost back

Nova Post is launching a special programme called «Let's grow together», which will allow you to get back 10% of the cost of delivery, packaging and additional services. Join the programme and invest your cashback in new shipments and other Nova Post services.

Who is the programme for

This is a pilot project that will run until 31 January 2026. To participate in the pilot project of the ‘Grow with us!’ programme, a limited number of participants were randomly selected from among private individuals who were sent invitations to join the programme.

Terms of participation

Increase in volume

A 20% increase in the number of shipments compared to the average for the last 3 months, i.e. in each subsequent month, the increase must be at least 20% of the average for the last 3 calendar months.

To achieve the target number of shipments, sent, paid and closed EWs of the «Documents» and «Parcels» types up to 30 kg are taken into account.

10% cashback

10% of the cost of delivery of shipments within Ukraine will be returned in bonus hryvnia (excluding the cost of services paid for with bonus hryvnia).

Bonus hryvnia are credited monthly by the 7th day of the month based on the results of the previous month, provided that the programme conditions are met.

Use of bonuses

Pay for delivery with bonuses in the app or in your personal account on the website. Bonus hryvnia are valid for 180 days from the date of accrual or last use.

Payment with bonuses is only available to private individuals and applies to:

  • postal delivery services within Ukraine;
  • additional services specified in the Rules for the Provision of Postal Services by Nova Post LLC.

Bonuses do not apply to international delivery services.

Average number of all places per EW for the previous three months: (27+34+32) / 3 = 31 places.
Calculation of the target for the first month in the programme based on the number of all places per EW for the last three months: 31 * 120% = 37 places.

The target for the following months is calculated in the same way, based on the results of the previous three months.

  • Failure to comply
    If the number of shipments increases by less than 20%, cashback will not be credited in the following month.
    Participation in the programme will be terminated in the following cases:
  • if the volume of shipments decreases by more than 50% compared to the average monthly figure for the last 3 months;
  • if the customer participating in the programme participates in other Nova Post programmes with discounts on shipping services in Ukraine or bonus hryvnia accrual (except for combined promotional offers).

The programme is only valid for private individuals.
