To register a parcel on credit, you need to send a shipment for which you must pay from 500 UAH to the amount specified in your personal credit limit. It can be one parcel or several — the main thing is that their total cost does not exceed your limit.
Delivery costs and transfer fees are also included in the loan amount.
Install the NovaPay mobile app on your phone, register and open an account with NovaPay LLC.
Go to the ‘Loans’ menu at the bottom of the screen and click ‘Select parcel’. Or in the parcel menu (ENok). Select the desired parcel worth at least 500 UAH to register for a loan.
Read the loan terms and conditions and click ‘Apply for a loan’.
Review the loan documents and click ‘Sign’.
You will receive a message on your phone with a password to sign the documents electronically. Enter the password you received in the app.
Once the message about the successful loan application appears on the screen, you can pick up your parcel at the branch or parcel locker.

Yes, when applying for a loan, you must agree to NovaPay Credit accessing your credit history. First and foremost, we strive to help customers who have a positive business reputation and no outstanding financial obligations.

We likely lack sufficient data to determine your credit limit. The credit limit is estimated automatically based on the number and value of the payment on delivery orders you have received from Nova Post over the past 6 months, your credit history, monthly income, and other factors affecting your ability to pay.
If you are unable to get a shipment on credit right now, check your credit limit in 1 month.

Yes, of course. You can repay the loan early in full without additional fees and interest, paying only the commission for providing the loan for the current month.
When making a cash payment in a branch worth 5,000 ₴, bring your passport and show it to the operator.

If you pay an amount in excess of the scheduled payment, the excess will be applied to repay the principal (body) of the credit.
As the total debt is reduced, we will adjust the payment schedule. All subsequent payments will be evenly decreased. The credit term will remain the same.

To repay your credit ahead of schedule:

   Find out the amount you need to pay to repay the loan in full. You can do this in the NovaPay mobile app, in the Nova Post mobile app, or by calling the contact centre at 0 800 30 79 30.

   Pay this amount wherever it is convenient for you: in the NovaPay mobile app, the Nova Post mobile app, at the branch, bank, or other financial institution to the details. When making a cash payment in a branch worth 5,000 ₴, bring your passport and show it to the operator.

Upon full repayment, only interest for the actual number of days of credit use (0.00001% per annum) and a commission for granting the credit – commission from 2.5 to 6.0% of the loan amount for each month of using the loan, the amount is determined individually.
There are no additional fees or penalties for paying ahead of schedule.

Military borrowers are exempt from paying interest on their credits. They are also exempt from fines and penalties for late repayment of the credit.
These allowances are stipulated by the law "On Social and Legal Protection of Military Personnel and Members of Their Families."

To receive the benefit, the borrower or their relatives must report military service and provide supporting documents, a list of which is provided in paragraph 1. Notice for borrowers who are military personnel.

You can check the amount of debt, the amount and date of the next payment, and other information about the credit:

• In the NovaPay mobile app. To do so, go to the "Credits" tab at the bottom of the screen. Select the one you need from the list and go to the credit details. Here you'll see the amount owed, the amount and status of the current payment, and the date it's to be paid.
• In the Nova Post mobile app. To do so, open your account in the app, select the "Shipment on Credit" tab, and then go to "Current Credits".
• Call the contact centre at 0 800 30 79 30 to find out the amount you need to pay for full repayment, the current payment amount and the outstanding balance.

For security reasons and in accordance with legal requirements, we only provide information about loans to the person who took them out.
