The key distinction lies in the option to manage Nova Post independently.
No more calling the call center to ask where the parcel is, to forward it, to find out when the courier will arrive, or to entrust someone else with the receiving. You no longer need to speak with an operator to create an express waybill or wait for them to generate an invoice to send a parcel abroad. You can handle all actions related to your parcels directly and independently.
- 1Convenient forwarding: You can forward the parcel, track it by the same EW number, edit/cancel the forwarding, or re-order it.
- 2Call a courier in three clicks. Your parcel will be picked up right from your door, even if it weighs over 30 kg. Simply specify the location, contents, and time for the courier to meet you. You can do the same with an addressed delivery. Select a convenient time slot and track the courier's movement in real-time starting 15 minutes before their arrival. You can also write a message to the courier right in the app.
- 3Monitor every single move of your parcel across Ukraine and abroad, because this is the only app for both Ukraine and all European countries where Nova Post is available. Now you know exactly where your parcel is at any given time.
- 4You are the one who manages your parcel, as you can:
- Create a parcel in the app and just leave it in a special box for sending or give it to the operator at the branch;
- Or create a parcel in the app and send it through a parcel locker, even without packaging;
- Pay for a parcel on behalf of another person;
- Entrust a friend to receive the shipment.
- 5Pick up and send parcels from the parcel locker even more conveniently: fewer steps, off-line pickup, and support from the new app's digital assistant. Moreover, the lockers open very quickly.
- 6All your parcels are displayed on the home screen. You can easily sort them by All, To me, and From me. You can also select them by filter. You can view the full list of parcels received and sent in the archive.
- 7Favorite branch: A branch or parcel locker saved as a favorite in your profile will pop up when you make a forwarding or return, thus speeding up the process and simplifying the service.
- 8A simplified and convenient return process allows you to return the goods immediately through the app.
Additionally, you can now tip a Nova Post employee, whether it's an operator, courier, or contact center assistant. Apply for compensation in case the parcel is damaged. Refuse to receive advertising messages.
Now you can take full advantage of international shopping. For instance, you can choose to have goods delivered to a branch, parcel locker, or directly to your home from a foreign store, and even opt for a buyback service. To do so, just leave a link to the desired goods, and Nova Post will find, buy, and send it to you.
