After 10 years as CEO, Oleksandr Bulba is leaving Nova Post

In 2025, Nova Post will end its ten-year partnership with Oleksandr Bulba, the CEO who led the company to its most ambitious results.

From 2015 to 2025, Nova Post increased its annual delivery volume from 93 million to 500 million (according to the plan for the end of 2025). By the end of this year, the company's network will cover 50,000 service points across the country — 25 times more than when cooperation with Oleksandr began. The company has become the European leader in terms of the number of parcel lockers in a single country serviced by a single operator. At the same time, parcels within Ukraine are consistently delivered in less than 24 hours, and international traffic is showing steady growth.

Under Oleksandr Bulba's leadership, Nova Post has gone from being a national leader to a brand symbol, without which millions of Ukrainians and thousands of Ukrainian businesses can no longer imagine their daily lives.

The period of full-scale war deserves special attention. Despite the mobilisation of the team, constant attacks on infrastructure and destroyed logistics routes, the company not only maintained stability but also continued to develop, introduce new services and support the country's economy.

Nova Post's success is the result of the consistent work of the CEO and the large team he led. For many years in a row, Oleksandr Bulba has been recognised as one of the most effective managers in Ukraine.

At the same time, any success has its price, and even the most successful projects need a fresh perspective. That is why the company's co-owners, together with Oleksandr, have made a joint decision: 2025 will be his final year as CEO of Nova Post. Until the end of the year, Bulba will continue to lead the company, focusing on the implementation of the approved development strategy.

On 31 December 2025, Nova Post will have a new CEO, and Oleksandr Bulba will receive his well-deserved reward, rest and the opportunity to start a new professional stage outside the NOVA group of companies.
