Nova Post expands its delivery programme for military personnel in partnership with Army+: what you need to know

Active military personnel can send and receive parcels in frontline regions for 1 hryvnia. Delivery is provided by Nova Post as part of the state loyalty programme ‘Pluses’. In June, its capabilities were expanded: the number of shipments was increased, a new region was added, and the registration process was simplified.
«We analysed how users interact with the programme and improved the process to better meet the needs of the military. In particular, we increased the number of codes and the geographical coverage. Our goal is to make the registration process as simple and accessible as possible, especially for those who are on the front lines,»
— says Georgiy Garkusha, head of the Humanitarian Department at Nova Post.
Since Nova Post joined the "Plusy" programme, the military has made over 260,000 deliveries for 1 hryvnia.
How it works:
- every month, you can generate up to three barcodes for parcel payment in the Army+ app, in the menu ‘Services’ > ‘Extras’ > Nova Post.
- each barcode is valid for up to 7 days, after which it is returned to the system for other users.
- the maximum weight of a parcel is 30 kg.
- the cost is 1 UAH.
- delivery is available in six frontline regions: Sumy, Kharkiv, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, and Dnipropetrovsk.

Supporting the army is one of the company's key areas of work. Since 2014, Nova Post has delivered over 4.8 million humanitarian shipments weighing over 170,000 tonnes. All these years, the company has remained a reliable logistics support for the army and the rear.
In parallel with Army+, there is a Nova Post Humanitarian Programme for volunteers. As part of a one-time partnership, up to 10 promo codes are now available per month — this number has been updated to balance demand and resource capacity. For those who make regular shipments, a permanent partnership programme is available with broader terms and more points. You can apply at the link.
