Nova Post has appointed a new HR director

Nova Post is changing its approach to human resources management as part of a planned company overhaul. From 1 September, this area will be headed by Anna-Maria Sabov, an HRD with systematic experience of transformations in the IT/digital sphere, who is set to introduce different approaches to performance assessment and new management practices.
The appointment of Anna-Maria Sabov is a logical step in the company's renewal, which will involve a review of internal processes to focus solely on what creates value for customers. The new HRD will be responsible for changing the format of working with people and establishing a system where every specialist, manager, and function must deliver real results. The new appointment will strengthen innovative approaches to human resource management and stimulate further business scaling.
Anna-Maria Sabov has over 11 years of experience in HR and recruitment, 9 of which in management positions. She previously worked at FRACTAL (ex-Netpeak Group), where she was responsible for creating and implementing HR strategy, optimisation, automation and AI-isation of HR processes.
