Starlink can be verified at Nova Post branches

From now on, individuals can register their Starlink satellite internet terminals at Nova Post branches. The initiative is being carried out in coordination with the Ministry of Digital Transformation to facilitate and speed up device registration and ensure transparent accounting of satellite communication terminals in Ukraine during the war.
At Nova Post branches, individuals can register up to three devices per person. If you have one Starlink, then it can be verified remotely and does not need to be brought in. If you have more than one device, you will need to bring them with you when you visit the branch.
To get verified as quickly as possible, we recommend registering in advance on the Nova Post website: https://starlink-registry.novaposhta.ua
Verifying Starlink at a Nova Post branch is easy. To do this, you need to provide the operator with:
- your passport (ID card or foreign passport);
- RNOKPP (identification code);
- KIT number (serial number of the kit) — usually found on the box;
- UTID (unique terminal identifier) and/or Dish ID (antenna/terminal identifier);
- your account number on the Starlink terminal portal;
- a link to the portal where you can check this number.
A separate document is created for each Starlink terminal. After registration, the data is automatically transferred to the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine. You can track the verification status of your device in your personal account in the Starlink app.
