Nova Poshta is installing parcel lockers in Kharkiv in collaboration with the municipal enterprise “Modern City”

Nova Poshta continues to develop a convenient and accessible logistics infrastructure by collaborating with local communities and government authorities. New parcel lockers are installed in accordance with current legislation and requirements for the placement of urban infrastructure, so that customers can use the service at convenient locations throughout the city.

Parcel lockers make it easy to receive and send packages 24/7—on your way to work, while out for a walk, or during other daily activities. That’s why Nova Poshta continues to expand its network across various neighborhoods in Kharkiv, making the service more accessible to the city’s residents.

So far, 443 new parcel lockers have been installed in Kharkiv, and Nova Poshta plans to install another 30 by the end of the year.

To develop the network of parcel lockers, it is important not only to increase the number of locations but also to ensure their orderly placement within the urban environment. That is why Nova Poshta is collaborating with the municipal enterprise “Modern City.” This allows us to identify locations for installing parcel lockers in accordance with current legislation and urban infrastructure requirements, and helps us develop the network so that new locations are convenient for residents, accessible, and properly integrated into the urban landscape.
