Nova Poshta is changing the free storage period for shipments

Starting October 1, shipments at Nova Poshta branches will be held free of charge for five days instead of the usual seven.

Today, the speed at which packages are delivered is key to their safety: the less time a package spends at the post office, the lower the risk of it being lost or damaged.

The vast majority of recipients won’t be affected by the changes, since, according to our statistics, 97% of shipments are picked up within the first five days.

The changes apply to the free storage of documents, packages, cargo, and tires/wheels. The free storage period for pallets remains unchanged at 3 days.
