From 17 November to 14 December 2025, Nova Post customers can win a ‘Handle with Care’ care set, created in collaboration with the Ukrainian brand ORNER. Every week, 10 sets will be raffled off among those who receive two parcels.

The campaign aims to remind us that vulnerability is a natural part of our lives. It is about humanity, warmth and the power of care that can be conveyed even through delivery.

«We all feel vulnerable at times. And that's perfectly normal. We wanted to remind people that softness and strength are not mutually exclusive. And who else but Nova Post knows how to handle fragile items? We have brought together two Ukrainian brands to create something more than just a box of things. It is a symbol of support that you can receive, give or send. Because even in moments of vulnerability, we remain strong,»

Inside the set are items that create a feeling of comfort and support:

  • a soft blanket with a ‘Handle with care’ design, which echoes the style of warning labels on fragile parcels;
  • socks with humorous phrases ‘Don't freeze’ and ‘Caution, fragile’;
  • a set of stickers with the inscriptions ‘Carry me gently,’ ‘You can wet Mantu, but not me,’ and ‘The sky is there’;
  • fortune cookies.

All elements of the set are made in the ORNER corporate style — with self-irony, design, and warmth that you can literally hold in your hands.

Every week from 17 November to 14 December, Nova Post will raffle off 10 ‘Handle with care’ care sets among users who:

A total of 40 winners will be selected over four weeks.

The set can also be purchased on the ORNER website. Nova Post LLC customers can receive a 40% discount by exchanging 100 boxes in the ‘Bonus Delivery’ section of the company's mobile app.
