Nova Post partially updates its rates

From 1 December 2025, Nova Post will update some of its rates in order to maintain the same speed and quality of delivery that customers are accustomed to.

We are leaving some tariffs unchanged or reducing them where possible:

   Cost of delivery for parcels up to 2 kg:

   • within the city — 60 UAH;
   • within Ukraine — 80 UAH.

   Surcharge for parcels delivered to a village or rural area:

   • Shipment from a village or rural area — no surcharge
   • Delivery to a village or rural area +25 UAH

As before, the commission on the declared value up to 500 UAH, redirection en route, return of documents and parcels, envelopes for documents and packages from 0.5 to 4 kg are already included in the delivery cost.

At the same time, we are updating some of the other tariffs.

   We are introducing a surcharge of 10 UAH for delivery to a parcel locker.

   The surcharge for delivery or collection of parcels and documents by courier will be 50 UAH.

   The rate for delivery of documents in a branded envelope to a branch within the city will be 60 UAH, and 70 UAH within Ukraine.

   Delivery of parcels between branches within the city:

   • up to 2 kg — 60 UAH (no change)
   • up to 10 kg — 100 UAH
   • up to 30 kg — 160 UAH

   Parcel delivery between branches within Ukraine:

   • up to 2 kg — 80 UAH (no change)
   • up to 10 kg — 120 UAH
   • up to 30 kg — 180 UAH

   The cost of transporting goods weighing more than 30 kg between branches will be 1 UAH more for each kilogram of weight:

   • within the city — 6 UAH/kg
   • within Ukraine, depending on the delivery zone — 10, 11 and 12 UAH/kg

If the shipment exceeds 120 cm in size, a surcharge of 150 UAH will be applied.
The tariff is calculated as follows: the total weight of the cargo (in kg) is multiplied by the cost per 1 kg, which depends on the delivery zone (distance to the final destination).
