How to leave your belongings?

    Turn on Bluetooth

    Scan the QR code on the parcel locker (using your phone's built-in camera)

    Check the details displayed after opening the QR link to create a storage locker in the parcel locker. If necessary, edit the details and click ‘Continue’

    Open the app and select the desired shipment

Rates

The ‘Storage Camera’ service is only available for a select list of parcel lockers.

For parcel lockers 44064, 44065, 44066, 44067, 44068, 44069, 55784 in the Republic shopping centre, the tariff is 50 UAH.

For parcel lockers 44001 and 44002 at VDNG, the tariff is 30 UAH.

The tariffs are valid from 02.09.2025 to 30.09.2025.

Terms of service

  • The parcel locker for sending and receiving must be the same
  • The service is only available for the specified parcel lockers
  • Payment upon receipt
  • Only individuals can use the storage camera at the specified parcel lockers
  • The cost of the service includes 5 days of storage in the parcel locker, after which the items are transferred to the nearest branch. The customer pays for redirection at the standard rate, and from the 8th day onwards, an additional storage fee is charged.
  • Please note

When you open the locker and leave your items there, make sure you have put everything in, as you cannot add more items to the locker.
Once you have created a ‘Storage Locker’, it will appear in your app. If the ‘Pay’ button is not available, wait 1-2 minutes and it will appear, allowing you to pay and collect your items.
