Use a parcel locker, post office or collection point as a storage room for your belongings. Relax or take care of important matters, and we will take care of your comfort. Now you don't have to carry bags or packages with you — they are completely safe at Nova Post.

How to leave your belongings?

    Scan the QR code on the parcel locker (using your phone's built-in camera)

    Check the details displayed after opening the QR link to create a storage locker in the parcel locker. If necessary, edit the details and click ‘Continue’

Terms of service

  • The shipping and receiving addresses must match
  • The service is available for parcel lockers, post offices and PUDO.
  • Payment upon receipt

  • Only individuals can use the storage camera in the parcel locker.

Storage is included in the price of the service

The parcel is then transferred to the nearest branch. The customer pays for the redirection at the standard rate, and from the 8th day onwards, an additional storage fee is charged.

The service is charged separately for each seat.

  • Please note

When you open the locker and leave your items there, make sure you have put everything in, as you cannot add more items to the locker.
Once you have created a ‘Storage Locker’, it will appear in your app. If the ‘Pay’ button is not available, wait 1-2 minutes and it will appear, allowing you to pay and collect your items.
