Track the status of Nova Poshta branches during emergencies via the mobile app and on the website

To ensure the safety and convenience of its customers, Nova Poshta has updated the features of its new mobile app and added notifications on its website. From now on, users can view the current status of branch operations in real time.

Ensuring the safety of customers and employees is a top priority for Nova Poshta; therefore, during an air raid alert or in the event of a potential threat to a location, branches temporarily suspend operations.

To help customers plan their visits and avoid wasting time traveling to a branch that is temporarily closed, the company has added the current operating status of its service locations to its mobile app and website.

Where can you check the information in the app:

• On the home screen: An informational banner appears at the top of the screen if the customer has a shipment at a temporarily closed branch or if that branch is marked as a “Favorite.”
• In shipment details: A warning appears in the tracker: “The branch is temporarily closed due to an air threat.”
• On the map and in the list: All temporarily closed locations are marked with the status “Closed. Air threat.”
• When shipping a package: If a customer selects a temporarily closed branch, the app displays a warning but does not block the shipment—it can be scheduled in advance.

The status is updated automatically when the app launches or manually by swiping down on the page. Once the air threat has ended, the notification disappears.

The updated features are now available to all users of the Nova Poshta mobile app, version 4.8.1 and later, on iOS and Android. To view the latest statuses, simply update the app in the App Store or on Google Play.
